COVID-19 Notice – March 2020

By Cameron Kusher (source: realestate.com.au)

In line with government health guidelines, our agency has adjusted our practices to ensure the health and safety of all our clients.  These measures will assist us in continuing to service our vendors, landlords and buyers to ensure their real estate needs are met.

Can we still list our property for sale?

Yes – please speak to us about how we can assist you in getting your home sold during this period.  Agency Agreements can be signed electronically if needed, as can sales contracts.

The LTO is continuing to settle properties electronically and your conveyancer will be able to offer further information regarding your settlement.  Settlement times should not be greatly impacted.

How will inspections be conducted?

Our properties are available to view by private appointment.  This ensures we minimise any risk to all parties while enabling us to engage with buyers on a more personal level.  Our agents are also taking measures to ensure any parties entering properties sanitise hands prior to entering and that they minimise surface contact whilst inside the home.

For buyers who are unable to atted the home we are also conducting live Facetime calls to enable a virtual ‘walk-through’ for them.
